CBD Eatery is always one of the highlights of coming home to Blenheim! We love this place so much that we’ve managed to squeeze in two visits during our week here.
The breakfasts are absolutely amazing — consistently delicious, great quality and beautifully done. There’s also a fantastic selection in the cabinet if you’re after something a little different. The menu caters wonderfully to everyone, with plenty of gluten-free and vegan options, too.
The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the eatery itself is a great size with a lovely atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you know you can return to time and time again and have a consistently great experience.
We couldn’t recommend CBD Eatery more highly. It’s a must-visit whenever we’re back in Blenheim, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Husband and I originally popped to a different cafe for coffee on Sunday morning but the people behind the counter couldn’t even muster a hello/hi and a smile.. so we politely walked out and went round to CBD.
So flipping glad we did, greeted by a lovely lady behind the counter, and ordered gluten free bacon & hash brown sarnie - delicious, and no side effects as I’m coeliac, (hubby ordered muggle food!). It was yum, the coffees were divine. Kind, warm and welcoming. We’ll be back probably this weekend!

CBD Eatery totally saved our day!
Amazing service, super tasty food, and a great vibe. They totally went above and beyond with our request when no-one else could, on the busiest Monday. I will never forget. Couldn’t have asked for better timing. So grateful for the warmth and care from Tania the team.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to you at CBD for the wonderful catering you did for our Golden wedding anniversary luncheon. I found Tania so easy to work with re menu and quote and everything was ready to collect at the cafe beautifully presented and the food delicious.
We would certainly use CBD catering again if required and recommend them as the very best of a local catering business.
Thank you again

CBD is one of the top cafes in Blenheim with a fabulous gourmet food selection and a diverse drink selection. The brand has outlets in Queen Street and at the library. Always go there when in town. Highly recommend. Pork and fennel sausage roll with relish today...delicious.

We stopped in for breakfast. The menu was quite extensive and included lunch items as well. The BLT with egg and chicken bao buns were tasty. They also had a wide variety of pre-prepared food and baked goods. The interior is quite large and could support big groups.

The food is amazing, the service is outstanding and I highly recommend it for a relaxing cuppa. The cheese scones are delightful and tasty. You have got to try this place if you are in Blenheim

This place is great. One of the very few cafés we've visited twice in a row.
It might not have the best location and views. It might not even have the best food in the country (though it probably comes close). But what it does have is just the right mix of friendly service, great food and pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel at home and want to come back again soon.
Lizzy : Your slightly understated style and the interest in what people are doing is a big part of what makes people like us want to return.

We are from Oamaru ,have been to cbd last year ,so definitely wanted to come back .
The staff are extremely friendly and food is magic ,especially for someone like me ,who is allergic to so much .
I would like especially to thank Sam ,who made my husbands flat white and my hot milk .I asked for these drinks to be very hot ,and they were .I was so excited ,as in all my years of asking for this ,we get them warm or cold .
We spend a lot of money on drinks and we were getting very despondent that we were wasting our money .
Sam renewed my faith ,and showed that it can be done .
What a find in Sam , for the customers and the owners .
Thank you cbd. See you soon
